God Is Immutable
“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” – Hebrews 13:8
Our God is always the same.
He is the same in His nature, His character and His will. We can rest in the fact that He never changes, and He can never be made to change.
Our circumstances may change. The people in our lives may change. But God will always stay the same.
Psalm 102: 25-27: “Of old you laid the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands. They will perish, but you will remain; they will wear out like a garment. You can change them like a robe, and they will pass away, but you are the same, and your years have no end.”

Pray: Lord, I worship You today as the one who remains the same yesterday, today and forever. I can cling to Your stability. I can rest assured that You are and will always be faithful and good and kind and loving and holy and just. When the world around me is changing, provide comfort and peace to me as only You can.
