Day 4
Put on the Whole Armor of God
Ephesians 6: 10-11 – “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.”
We are in a spiritual battle – a battle against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12).
Thankfully, the Lord supplies all the equipment we need to win. He supplies the armor. He instructs us to put on the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit (which is the word of God).
Clad in this “armor,” we are “strong in the Lord,” and we can depend on the “strength of His might.”
Take the time to read Ephesians 6: 10-20 and then pray.
